Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Other Project Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB) Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) waiting list is currently closed.

Please note: HOPWA is a rental assistance program that allows eligible low income families and individuals, with a confirmed diagnosis, with HIV/AIDS, to lease privately owned market rate housing units.
